Mission

Petra’s mission is to help you reconnect with yourself and your own inner strength. In practical terms, this means that you will:

  • get to know yourself on a deeper level
  • discover what you truly want in your life
  • clarify what really matters to you

Vision

Petra’s vision on health is holistic. She does not see illness or feeling unwell as something that simply happens to you. Physical or emotional symptoms are signals — alarm bells from the body. Our body, in all its wisdom, is trying to tell us something. Often, these symptoms point to emotions or pain that have been suppressed for too long, or aspects of ourself that have been ignored and are now asking to be seen.

From Petra’s perspective, medication often treats symptoms but does not address the root cause. Even the word illness can be misleading, as it suggests the body is somehow working against us. In reality, our body is not our enemy — it is always on our side. It is guiding us back to our own path: our unique, authentic path that we may have drifted away from.

Symptoms are therefore meaningful messages, inviting awareness. Petra supports you in exploring these messages together, with care and depth.

This vision implies that, to some extent, we can take responsibility for our own health and wellbeing. This is not about guilt. Guilt and shame are often learned responses. The real questions are:
Where am I not being true to myself?
What am I suppressing?
What is my body trying to tell me?
Am I willing to look at this honestly?

It also means daring to step out of the victim role and meeting yourself with openness and responsibility.
